Dahi At Home|| हलवाई जैसी दही घर पर झटपट ज़माने के आसान टिप्स || How to Set Perfect Dahi at Home




Ingredients Required:
1 ltr Full Cream Milk (BOILED)
2 spoons curd (for jamun)

Method:

* First we have to heat milk to lukewarm (it is already boiled ).

* After 2 minutes it is lukewarm now you can check it by spoon/finger.

* Now Switch off the gas and add curd in it and mix it well.

* Here I am using earthen glasses you can use steel or any other utensil.

* If you set curd in earthen utensils your dahi will come out like market curd.

* Now pour the ready curd mixture to these glasses .

* Now I am using 2 steel plates to cover the dahi and we will set it for 2 to 3 hrs in dark place.

* Normally curd takes 5-6 hrs to set but if you use earthen utensils your curd will take 2-3 hrs to set.

* After 2 & half hrs my curd is perfectly set and it has no water in it.

* This curd is similarly like sweet shops /dairy in the market 

Important Tips:

* You have to use full cream milk for perfect curd.
* Milk temperature is not too hot not too cold it must be lukewarm.
* When milk is lukewarm add curd in it .
* You have to set curd in dark place .
* Prefer Earthen Utensils to set curd , your curd will come out like market curd.
