MANGO FROOTI RECIPE 



Ingredients:

2 Fully Riped Mangoes

1 Raw mango

1 Cup Sugar (As per taste)

Method:

* First peel the mangoes and cut it into pieces.

* After Cut into pieces, take a pan.

* Add all the mango pieces into the pan.

* Add 2 cups of water. Put the gas into high flame for 2 minutes then to medium

* Cover the lid until it boils

* Take another pan for sugar syrup . Add Sugar and 1 cup of water.

* We have to heat it until sugar melts.

* Check our mangoes ,it starts boiling and it is almost cooked ,cook it for another 2 minutes

* Now our mangoes are cooked , switch off the flame and cool it down

* After 30 minutes ,it cools down transfer the mixture into a mixture jar.

* Now blend it into a smooth paste 

* Our smooth paste of mango is ready , strain the mixture

* Now our frooti is ready ,it is so thick, add sugar syrup

* Mix it well

* Your market style mango frooti is ready. It has no preservatives and artificial colours.

* WE PUT THIS MANGO FROOTI IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 4-5 HRS.

* Now after 5 hrs our mango frooti is chilled and ready to serve.

* You can use icecubes , but it will not give good taste.

* Now serve our mango frooti. Your market style mango frooti is ready to serve .it is so yummy like market frooti.
