Rabri Recipe





INGREDIENTS:

* 1 LTR FULL CREAM MILK
* 2 TBSP SUGAR
* FEW CHOPPED PISTACHIOS ( ANY DRY FRUIT)
* ILAICHI POWDER ( 4-5 ILAICHI)

METHOD:

* First take a pan and boil milk on high flame.

* After milk starts boiling set the flame to medium and stir occasionally in every 1 or 2 minutes otherwise milk get burnt.

* Cook the milk until it reaches its one-fourth of its actual quantity and collect all the cream/malai on the sides of the pan .

* All the Malai/Cream are collected on the sides of pan and milk is getting thick .Cook it for another 10 minutes .

* After 10 minutes milk reduces to one-fourth of its quantity and huge amount of malai is collected on the sides of pan.

* Add ilaichi powder and sugar to the milk and mix it well

* Lastly scrape all the malai lachhe from the sides of the pan and mix all the mixture nicely.

* These malai lachhe in rabri tastes so yummy while eating rabri.

* You can add kesar or dry fuits if you wantbut this simple rabri is so tasty just like market rabri.

* Now switch off the flame and cools down the rabri.

* Transfer the rabri in a bowl and garnish it with pista or any dry fruit you want.

* MALAI LACHHEDAR KHURCHAN RABRI IS READY
