*Make sure the blender equipment, bowl and cream are chilled before whipping.

After 2 minutes of blending add ½ bowl of icing sugar, ½ tsp of the Butterscotch essence and 2 pinches of yellow food colouring. (Food colouring is optional). And then whip it in high speed until stiff peaks.

Add ½ cup of chilled milk and fold the mixture well with help of a spatula. Then add the 2tbsp of crushed praline to the mixture (you can add more if you want according to your taste) and mix it well.

The Ice cream mixture is ready.

Now, pour the ice cream mixture into an airtight container and add some praline on top. Close the lid of the container and let it chill for about 7-8 hours or overnight in the deep freezer.

After 7-8 hours, the ice cream is well set and ready.
